What the Gutter Care Plan Includes
Most homes in Raleigh, Clayton, and surrounding areas only need gutter cleaning once a year, although some properties may benefit from twice-a-year service. During each scheduled visit, John cleans the gutters, checks downspouts and drainage, and inspects the system for loose fasteners, connections, and other maintenance issues. Once you're enrolled, we'll keep track of your scheduled maintenance and let you know when it's time for service.
Gutters installed by The Gutter Company of North Carolina can be enrolled knowing John is already familiar with the installation. Gutters installed by another company may also qualify, but John will first inspect the system to make sure it is properly installed, pitched, secure, and suitable for ongoing maintenance.
If John finds a minor maintenance issue during a scheduled Care Plan visit, he'll take care of routine adjustments when possible. If additional materials or repair work are needed, he'll explain what he recommends and any additional cost before the work is done. And if something doesn't seem right between scheduled visits, just give us a call.
