What the Gutter Care Plan Includes
Many homes in Clayton, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Raleigh, and our surrounding service areas benefit from annual gutter cleaning, while properties with heavy tree coverage or frequent debris buildup may need service twice a year.
During each scheduled visit, John cleans the gutters, checks downspouts and drainage, and inspects the system for loose fasteners, connections, and other maintenance concerns. Once enrolled, we'll help track your maintenance schedule and contact you when it's time for your next service.
Gutters installed by The Gutter Company of North Carolina may be enrolled in the Care Plan. Systems installed by another company may also qualify after John inspects their condition, pitch, stability, and suitability for ongoing maintenance.
If John discovers a minor maintenance issue during a scheduled visit, he'll make routine adjustments when practical. If additional materials or repairs are needed, he'll explain his recommendations and any extra costs before proceeding.
